The piece that pulled me out of recent artblock.
The character is Ascella, whom you probably recognize now, if you've been keeping up with my work. XD;
I tried a new thing with the shading, using gradients. I think it turned out well. I particularly like how her shoulder/upper arm turned out.

Love the angle she's at, and the rich purple shading is really your style~~
Hehe, gradients are fun~
My advice with those are use more than one color in the gradient, it can get all kinds of nice effects like; if you add a bit of red-orange between the purple and skin tone, it'll up the vibrancy, and etc. ^0^
